As from 30th September \u2013 \u00a0total \u00a0hotel booking will be charged or for \u201cno show\u201d \u00a0\u00a0at \u00a0check in date.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0\u00a0 The Organization has blocked a certain number of rooms at the Radisson Hotel, Congress venue, as well as at other hotel categories at walking distance. This blocking is at promotional rates\u00a0 but subject to availability if not booked within the time frame specified above and as from 10th<\/sup>\u00a0September the blocking will be released.<\/b><\/p>\n

Payment at the hotel at check out :\u00a0<\/u><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Hotel booking balance \u00a0if paid one night with registration or full payment can be paid at check out but in this case a credit card guarantee is needed.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Please ask for form in this case.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Credit card guarantee will be charged in case of not compliance with the cancellation dates stated above.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
